About Gia McNutt

I began to focus on visual art and music in 2012, primarily acrylic painting and mixed media, after “retiring” from the I.T. business I co-founded 20 years prior.

My art is an ever-evolving journey. I focused on landscapes and representative work initially, about which I am still passionate. Recently my artistic path has led to creating in the abstract, using an exciting variety of mixed media and found objects. As I mature, my evolving artwork seems to mirror my journey in life; getting freer and more colorful every moment.

I had the honor of painting a utility box at the corner of Auburn-Folsom and Pacific, in Auburn, and 2 working pianos which are installed in Vernon Square, downtown Roseville, CA.

I lead paint parties! Contact me for more information and create a unique experience for you and your friends and/or for a special event.

I also do faux painting on homes, beautifying the environment by making utility meters and downspouts disappear into the background, or changing a surface to suit new designs.

I love music, and sing locally with Stardust Highway www.stardust-highway.com.  I make “Salsa Goddess” Salsa…a sweet and smoky salsa, created with lots of divine feminine love.
